Suggested Use: Choose a program from the list of programs. Place 10-20 drops of each formula, in sequence, in 1-2 oz. water. Drink. Do this first thing in the morning and again in the evening or at bedtime.
You may do 2 programs simultaneously spacing them about 15 minutes apart.

Stress – It certainly is worse than I thought! by Joanie Zimick

   I understood that stress was the underlying cause for toxic emotions creating disharmony and dis-ease that manifested into an actual physical problem. Rich Work tells us in his book “Proclamations of the Soul”, that when you take away the “toxic emotions” there is nothing left to support disease.
   I realized how devastating our negative emotions are to our wonderful little cells, but I never new that my experience of stress in the past, magnifies my reactivity to stress in the future.
Stress is not just something we experience and then let go of, it actually changes the chemistry in our being which alters our reaction to it in the future. So, something that never stressed us out in the past, now becomes a stressful situation.
   I was reading an article by Psychology Today - “Stress: It’s Worse Than You Think!” that talked about the bio-chemicals that are released during episodes of stress. These chemicals were originally reserved for life-threatening situations, not everyday difficulties. Over production of these bio-chemicals can cause a deterioration of the immune system, a weakening of the heart leading to strokes and heart disease. Hormones unleashed by stress eat at the digestive tract and lungs, promoting ulcers and asthma. They reported that stress hormones are also implicated in rheumatoid arthritis. The hormone prolactin, released by the pituitary gland in response to stress, triggers cells that cause swelling in joints. And the list goes on.
   So what can we do? I believe I have found the answer. It’s not in a pill or a stress release class, but in the information I have learned - working with the magnificent energies within me that allow me to think differently in what would normally be stressful situations.
The attunements by Ann Marie were how I got started. I’ve listened to the Breath of Life Harmonic Attunement and learned from it. I actually utilize this information every day, as much of every moment as I can. I’m re-training myself to bring forth balance and the continued movement of energy within me - that “Breath of Life”.
We have it! All that’s necessary is to learn how to work with it and practice it! When I can’t consciously focus on breathing and keeping the energy moving, I have the Harmonic Products to inspire my wonderful energies, my Breath of Life and assist in harmonizing the energies in my body back to their harmonic form.
