Awakening to the Divine Love within

and to the Divine Love within the Universe

is a beautiful transformational experience.

 

During the process of Awakening, a person is very likely to remember negative things and events that have been buried for a long time. The beauty of this experience is that a conscious awareness will accompany these thoughts and memories that allow you to put them into new thought patterns of understanding and compassion to create a new positive perspective on past events.

 
I am working with several people who are going through this phase of awakening at this time. Personally, I have had my own experience with this as well. I would like to think that I have transmuted everything, but I am finding out that if any negative feelings, thoughts or emotions are buried, this is the time that they are going to surface. The best remedy that I have found is to find a project like scrubbing the floor – movement is very important in moving the locked up energy. As the feelings come up, talk to that floor and tell it what you are thinking. In a very short time, the conversation to self and floor seems to shift into new revelations and creative ideas about the old situation that caused you distress.

 
Recently, I discovered buried deep within was anger about a situation in which I felt dishonored and discouraged. Years ago a false rumor had been spread, and at the time I felt helpless to combat it. Today, as I scrubbed the floor, I suddenly realized that this was a form of bullying. The person who began the rumor had a low self-esteem and as I became empowered he felt threatened. Today, the anger that I found buried in me has turned to compassionate understanding and I have moved to a new level of empowerment. Through these exercises, I am developing a greater strength and inner knowing of how to deal with negative situations in the future. And I have a very clean floor.

 
Ultimately, the awakening means freedom, freedom from past disharmonic vibrations that have been trapped in the physical tissues of your mind and body. It means liberation from stagnation buried deep within and a greater inner Peace and Joy.

 From the Divine Love that flows through my Being,
