Sit upright on a firm chair, so your back is a few inches from the back of the chair.

Pay attention to your breath going in and out of your body.
Feel your lungs expanding and contracting as you inhale and exhale.
As you rock back and forth,
let your whole body go into the waves of the Breath and into the gentle Divine Rhythm of Peace.
Focus on the word Peace,
repeating the word silently in your mind several times.
Imagine you are rocking a baby in your arms,
as you allow your body to begin to rock into the waves of the Breath and into the Peace.
Pay attention to how your body moves as you let go and
let your body find its natural Divine Rhythm of Peace.
Focus on your heart breathing with you and letting go into the Peace.
Then focus on the Divine Rhythm of Peace moving:
Up through your chest
Across your shoulders
Down your arms
Into your hands and fingers
Up your neck and into your head
Down your face, across your eyes
Through your mouth, jaw and neck
Down your spine and through your back
Into your hips and pelvic cradle
Down your thighs and legs
And into your feet and toes
Up into your abdomen
And back to your heart
Perceive the Divine Rhythm of Peace flowing through your whole body,
as you continue to rock in the Waves of the Breath and let yourself go. . . Into the Peace.
Then begin to define what this Rhythm feels like in your body.
Use harmonic adjectives to describe these feelings, such as calm, pleasing, alive, wonderful, etc.
Then describe this feeling of Peace with your body instead of with words.
Lift your arms and let them gently move with this Rhythm. (Stand up if you desire.)
As you begin to sway and move in this Rhythm it is as though your body begins a gentle dance.
Allow your feet to move and find the dance of Peace within you.
Then sit quietly and ask your questions.
When you move into the Divine Rhythm of Peace, you connect with the knowledge and wisdom deep within.
Asking your questions in this place opens you to perceive new insights and connects you to the Universal Source of information.
